You’ve heard that old saying

“If you put your mind to something you can achieve it”

But no one ever taught you how to really put your mind to something so that you do achieve it.

Yes you can achieve anything if you instruct your mind and subconscious mind properly. Unfortunately most people don’t know how to instruct their mind or subconscious mind so they never end up achieving what they really want.

Instead, they end up getting their mind and subconscious to create things they really don’t want. If you don’t direct your mind and subconscious mind to focus on what you want, you’ll likely end up getting what you don’t want, it’s really that simple.

How can you stop creating what you don’t want?

You must get your mind and subconscious mind to actually start working for you. Most people do not control their mind; they don’t instruct their subconscious mind because they do not control their thoughts. Most people are not even aware of the thoughts they have every day, and they do not choose their beliefs. Instead your mind constantly sends the wrong messages or wrong instructions to your subconscious mind. And that’s how you end up creating the life you don’t want.

You now want to be successful and happy, so do you have thoughts and beliefs that reflect success and happiness. Perhaps you don’t actively choose your thoughts. Instead you leave your mind on autopilot, accepting whatever
thoughts it conjures up and then you begin to believe these thoughts.

You are not choosing your beliefs; you merely accept what your mind and what other people tell you. You may want to be successful and happy.

You may do everything you can to be successful and happy. But if you’re not enjoying the success and happiness you want then take a moment to analyze your thoughts and beliefs.

You’ll find that what you think is the exact opposite of what you want to achieve. Sure you want to be successful but you really don’t have any thoughts or beliefs that suggest you can be successful. Whatever you want to achieve you can if you have a belief system that allows you to succeed.

So if you want to make more money you have to have a belief system that says you believe you can make more money.

If you want to meet the right person you have to believe that you can meet the right person. If you want to succeed at something you have to believe that you can succeed at it. So how do you create beliefs that correspond with what you want to accomplish. First think about what you want to achieve. Then ask yourself if you really believe that you can accomplish that goal. If you don’t believe you can there’s work to do and you’re going to have to change your belief system so that it allows you to succeed.

To change your belief system you have to change your thoughts.


First I want you to list all the thoughts and beliefs that you have about achieving that goal.

Example:

If you want to make more money but you’re not making the kind of money you want then list the reasons why you don’t think you can make more money

Now change those thoughts to correspond with what you want.

These are your new thoughts, statements or affirmations that you should think and recite throughout the day. Replace those limiting thoughts with these new thoughts. If you want to achieve success and happiness then you have to create thoughts and beliefs that will allow you to achieve the goals you want.

  • Begin NOW changing your thoughts
  • Begin creating beliefs that work for you
  • Eliminate the negative thoughts and beliefs
  • Think of your mind as a station that sends out energy signals.

These energy signals are your thoughts and beliefs. These energy patterns are picked up by your subconscious mind which then goes out and creates the situations, circumstances, and events to help you achieve whatever your thoughts and beliefs are.

It also attracts the people to you and your intuition guides you to the people that can help you achieve your goals.

Remember the subconscious does not distinguish between what is good and bad for you. It simply acts on your instructions. Those instructions are your energy signals which are your thoughts and beliefs. So while you may want to achieve a certain goal, if you don’t believe that you can, if you regularly think about why you can’t do something instead of why you can, then you are instructing your subconscious to create situations for you so that you don’t achieve your goals.

It’s very important to eliminate negative thinking and create a positive thinking pattern.

If you want to start achieving your goals and live the life you want then you have to change your thoughts and beliefs you have to send the right messages to your subconscious mind.

Start instructing your subconscious mind to help you live the life you now want.

No Such Thing As Luck

You create your own luck, plain and simple. I believe that what you think about – you create. If you think and believe you’re lucky, you’ll have good things happen. I’ve always believed that I am lucky in fact I say it all the time.And then I focus on all the good things in my life.

It would be just as easy to focus on all that is wrong and say how unlucky I am… then I’d just end up attracting and creating negative events in my life. But why would you want to do that, why do that when you can enjoy good luck and have things work out for you.

You can be Lucky

You can be lucky if you want to be, and now even scientists agree… that you do create your own luck and it all starts with how you think and what you believe.

Researchers followed 400 people between 18 and 84 for 10 years, hoping to find out why some people are lucky and others are not. What they found surprised them, here’s their conclusion;

You create your own luck based on what you think about, what you focus on and how you see things, all of which you can change.

Sounds like a simple process to me… yet millions of people choose to focus on everything that is going wrong and how unlucky they are. Then things get worse and they can’t understand why
they’re so unlucky.

Change your Thinking

Once you change the way you think and the way you see things you will begin to create your own good luck and good fortune. It’s really that simple.

Researchers also found that lucky people are lucky because they seize opportunities; they create positive beliefs about themselves, and turn negative events into positive situations by looking at what good things have developed, and how things could have been much worse. They always focus on the positive aspects.

Instead of complaining, they’re thankful for what happened and look at the positive side of the situation; they always see the glass as half full.

If you’re not doing any of the above then you may find that you have more “bad” luck than good luck.

How to start creating good luck

Begin attracting what you want. Train your mind and subconscious mind to be more positive and more optimistic. Direct your mind and subconscious mind to recognize opportunities and start to believe that you really are a lucky and fortunate person. Create a belief system that allows you to be lucky so that you have the life you want and more.

Lucky people have more opportunities than those who are unlucky because they try to find the silver lining or opportunity in every situation. Unlucky people miss opportunities because they’re too busy looking for something else, or complaining, they are not open to possibilities and feel they have to do things a certain way.

Try a different approach

Lucky people also change their approach they are prepared to try different things and are willing to take a chance. Unlucky people are habitual and insist on things being a certain way, and that they know better and that they’re always right.

You can go from unlucky to being lucky – and here’s how;

  • A group of unlucky people were asked to try doing things differently.
  • Amazingly 80 percent of those who changed the way they did things.
  • They decided to focus on the good fortune rather than the bad fortune
  • They changed the way they thought about things, they became more positive and open minded.
  • They ended up being happier and more satisfied with their lives.
  • They started to have good luck and had good things happen for them.

A few simple changes leads to a better life and you can go from having bad luck to good luck!
