What items can be returned?

Only products purchased on awinningattitude.com can be returned if the item is not in a satisfactory condition. Incorrect items will be exchanged without charge for the correct item.

What Items can not be returned?

Digital download items (audio books and ebooks) which are delivered after purchase will not be available for refund or exchange due to the nature of the product. If you experience any technical problems with a digital item, you must report any issues with digital items within 30 days of purchase in order for us to provide an alternative item for download.

Items that are not compatible with your media hardware or software can not be exchanged or refunded.

Items that are part of a package can not be refunded or exchanged as separate items.

Items that are in a sale, clearance or discounted can not be returned unless damaged.

When to return Items?

You can requested the refund or exchange of an item up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact us directly stating your name, address, order number and reason for return to returns [at] awinningattitude.com.

You must receive confirmation of you returns request before sending the back. We reserve the right not to accept items that have not been confirmed.

How to return items?

Returns must be in suitable packaging to protect the item from damage. Please send a copy of your order invoice so that it can be identified and processed.

Shipping costs for returns

If the item is damaged we will refund you the value of our original shipping cost for the item being returned, as displayed on your original order invoice. If you have requested a replacement item, we will ship it to you at no extra cost.

Shipping cost for exchanges

We do not offer shipping refund for items being exchanged or items bought in error.

Credit for returned items

If you have requested a full refund, credit will be applied to your purchase method when the return has been received and processed. Please allow up to 14 days for returns and refunds to be processed.

Items returned that are not damaged will only receive a refund to the value of the item, less any shipping costs.
